Live Prosperous was founded by Bobby Morgan, whose career advising corporations, federal agencies, and executive leaders shaped his deep understanding of culture, strategy, and organizational transformation. He envisioned a resilient life and leadership system that strengthens people at every level so teams and organizations can thrive from the inside out.

To expand that vision, Bobby recruited Freddie Scott, whose leadership work with elite NFL and NCAA athletes brings a powerful perspective on performance, discipline, and emotional intelligence under pressure.

They were joined by Beth Shaha, whose decades of coaching and emotional-intelligence work help individuals turn insight into sustainable leadership habits, and JB Spisso, who brings extensive experience developing leaders across military, veteran, and high-performance environments.
